Rules for using MedsenX respectfully and safely.
MedsenX provides RN-led care navigation in Kreyòl for Haitian patients referred by hospitals, clinics, and community partners. These terms describe what the service is and is not.
Pilot version · October 22, 2026
The pilot service
MedsenX is piloting nurse-led navigation around hospital discharge and planned visits, starting with care teams in Indiana. A request from a care partner or a patient is not a confirmed service. Navigation starts only after scope, consent, and capacity are agreed, and depends on the availability of our nurses.
What navigation is and is not
A MedsenX registered nurse goes over the instructions your treating professionals already gave, checks understanding, and coordinates the agreed next step until it is completed, declined, or formally unresolved.
Navigators do not diagnose, prescribe, change instructions, or make clinical decisions. Responsibility for diagnosis and treatment stays with the treating professionals. MedsenX does not guarantee any clinical outcome and is not an emergency service.
Cost
Care partners sponsor the navigation under terms agreed before the first patient. Patients are not charged for the post-discharge navigation a partner referred. Support beyond that referral, including support after the referred period ends, is offered only with the patient’s agreement and with any cost confirmed before it begins.
