We ask for, keep, and share only what the navigation episode needs: who you are, how to reach you, the instructions to go over, the next step, and its outcome. A care partner receives a report only with your consent and only the minimum necessary.

We may use information for scheduling calls, security, support, quality checks, and improving the service. When we look at patterns across patients, we remove identifiers where possible. Pilot results are reported in aggregate without naming patients.
